He says we should think of our careers as a start-up, something that we actively work on and invest in. I found a lot of similarities to James Altucher's Choose Yourself. Overall, I feel the Start-up of you could of been a blog post instead of a full book, it lacked depth.
Motivations to Read
I have the mindset of seeing an individual as a startup. I personally view myself as a startup and try to manage my brand and develop my own strong character representative of my values. I constantly iterate and try to improve myself and experiment with ways how I can get better. I am interested in seeing a similar insights around this concept of Running yourself like a startup.
