You almost get a grade school ice-breaker vibe when you go through this book, but the information even in it's colorful simplicity is a clever take on communication and thinking. When I read this book I was heading into a very corporate environment for an internship and I needed to know how to communicate my thoughts in a way that didn't immediately put an intern sticker on my forehead. I was able to navigate my way through meetings and talk with a wide range of personalities in a professional and organized manner.

Motivations to Read

I had an internship coming up and the main symbol of corporate life to me were meetings. I wanted to be good at meetings. So I picked up this book. Boy was I naive back then haha.
