by Juvoni Beckford·@juvoni

Before readingWhy I picked it up

After having my mind blown by Eckhart's book The Power of Now, I wanted to continue the journey in developing present-mindedness through meditation. It has been an amazing spiritual journey and has enabled me to become much more self-aware.

After readingPosted January 8, 2016

The Journey into Yourself is an audio version of a retreat given by Eckhart Tolle. It was nice to experience this guided meditation as it was a new experience for me to meditate this way, very calm and relaxing. I think I would have preferred to be there in person.

Three reasons to read it

  1. 01You want more than just reading about meditation, you want to experience it
  2. 02You want to become more Present-minded
  3. 03Seeker of Zen and want to embark on a spiritual journey
