When it's not ok, are you ok with that? Can you surrender to the experience? Or will the rebel in you make you suffer even more.

I welcomed my shadow, made allies with my vices. Felt my cold. Allowed myself to be closed.

I embraced my light, walked forward with my virtues. Shared the warmth, felt my heart open.
