Push the Body to Calm the Mind

A strong body supports a strong mind.
It took me some time to learn that discipline doing challenging things is empathy towards my future self.
In the present, when I realize a capability or resource I have now is because of patience, sacrifice, or compassion past me had for me.
You can send yourself blessings.
Health, fitness & strength cultivation isn't just about looking good, feeling good is self-love.
To get consistent, I needed to unlearn some backward thinking.
I don't have time -> I make time for things that matter.
Saying you don't have time to do the thing that can prolong your life, literally costs you time.
I'm too tired to workout -> Moving can be a way to create energy potential, not waste it.
Lack of energy is often because of lack of exertion and tells your body it doesn't need energy. You need to give your body a reason to produce energy.
I don't like going to the gym -> Movement & Play can happen anywhere, find the thing that you love to do, that moves you consistently.
My most challenging mental health period has all been around when I was the most stationary in life.
Entropy is a gradual decline that occurs in all things.
In our "modern" society, more initiative is needed to add in healthy stress & pressures to reshape ourselves to have the strength to slow our decline.
Cultivating a consistent habit around fitness has taught me that not all pain is suffering and growth often hurts.
When you build up a solid foundation, it makes it easier to handle internal & external challenges.
Push the body to calm the mind.
